  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays

  • In case of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We offer shipping across Pakistan.

  • Standard Delivery Time: 3–5 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery

  • Please ensure you provide an accurate address and contact number

  • Our team may contact you for order confirmation before dispatch


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via SMS or email

  • You can track your order through the courier service provider


5. Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays or strikes

ZEVURA is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.


6. Incorrect Address

The order may be:

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Provide clear photos as proof

  • We will investigate and offer a suitable resolution
